Car Requirements

  • iPhone or Android smartphone
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance
  • 18+ years of age
  • 1+ years of driving experience
  • Clean driving record

Responsibilities Include

  • Full understanding of driver/shopper app. (Tech Savvy)
  • Shopping in TJ’s for customers.
  • Communicating with customer about what items may not be in stock and if they want a refund or a substitution.
  • Communicating with AskJack customer service team with a detailed list of the changes made to the order.
  • Tracking all relevant data during shopping.
  • Organizing and separating orders into AskJack branded bags.
  • Using AskJack freezer bags for appropriate items.
  • Driving to customer to drop off their order.

Your Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills; clear internal communicators
  • Strong written communication skills, with excellent grammar and spelling
  • MAJOR BONUS for Shipt/Instacart experience.
  • Highly organized and able to work cross-functionally with internal teams
