THERESE POMPEI JARAMILLA: I like working for Reyes Holdings because excellence is actually in the heart of our culture.
HUNTER BAUER: I think what sets Reyes apart is that it’s a huge business, but it feels like a small one. It doesn’t feel like this enormous monster. It feels like I can eventually know everybody.
LIGIA MANSORIAN: Strong, healthy company with a lot of growth [INAUDIBLE] strong and well-known brands. We have a presence internationally.
THERESE POMPEI JARAMILLA: Every day I come in, there’s always a challenge. And as a person who loves challenges, I think this company has really given that over to me.
BRANDON BURBRIDGE: Every day is something new and something different. And I get to work with people on the other side of the world. So it’s very exciting every day.
HUNTER BAUER: Every day is different, and I always find something that I learn that day. And that’s probably why I want to keep coming back.
BRANDON BURBRIDGE: One thing that we do is we make sure we do things right. We don’t take shortcuts to get it done. And the leadership team supports that. That’s one thing I truly admire here is that, even under the pressure, we still do things the right way and we still get it done.
THERESE POMPEI JARAMILLA: I feel like they have really set me up to do my job well here at Reyes.
HUNTER BAUER: Everybody wants to push you to be your best, and all the managers really want to see you succeed. They want to push me to do trainings and, like, how can we get you some new experience, and what haven’t you done yet?
BRANDON BURBRIDGE: They truly invest in you as an employee. They invested a lot of money in me as far as security training, and a lot of those classes and certs are not cheap. So I think if you look at the overall compensation, on the job training, formal training, pay, benefits, all that is a nice, worthwhile package, and I’m very happy with it.
LIGIA MANSORIAN: You good exposure to different things and different projects. If you want to participate and do something outside of your regular role, you have the chance to do so.
HUNTER BAUER: Most of the people that have left my department in the past year or two went somewhere else in the business. Because I think people don’t want to leave.
THERESE POMPEI JARAMILLA: Our business overall is growing, so I think there’s just endless opportunities and growth within the company.[UPBEAT MUSIC]

1976 – Dixie Systems is purchased in South Carolina

1979 – Chicago Beverage Systems is purchased in Illinois and for the first time, Reyes enters the Miller system

1989 – Expansion reaches the West Coast in California when Harbor Distributing is purchased

1998 – Reyes enters the food distribution industry with the acquisition of Martin Brower

2005 – Reyes Food Group expands when Reinhart Foodservice is purchased in Wisconsin

Mid 2000’s – Dozens of food and beer distributors are acquired, fueling the largest growth period the company has ever seen

2012 – Reyes expands internationally with the acquisition of Keystone Foods into Martin Brower

2015 – Gold Coast Beverage is acquired in Miami, solidifying Reyes Beer Division as the largest beer distributor in the United States

2015 – Reyes officially enters the Coca-Cola system with the granting of distribution territories in Chicagoland

2016-2017 – Reyes ventures away from distribution and acquires nine Coca-Cola production facilities

2017 – Reyes expands their Coca-Cola reach in the largest acquisition to date with Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling

2018 – Reyes expands their Martin Brower U.S. business with the acquisition of select Golden State Foods assets

2018 – Reyes enhances their market leading position in beer distribution with several acquisitions and expands into a new Santa Fe Springs facility.

2019 – Reyes Beer Division expands into Northern California with the addition of Golden Brands

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is the holding company for three business units: Reyes Beer Division, Martin Brower and Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling. Together, they create the Reyes Family of Businesses.

Founded in 1976 by two brothers, Chris and Jude Reyes, Reyes Holdings remains a family-run business to this day and is now one of the largest privately owned companies in America.

I started with Reyes Beverage Group before joining the Reyes Holdings corporate team and am so grateful for the growth and development I’ve been able to achieve in my time here. Hard work and good ideas are always rewarded, if you have a goal and the drive to get yourself there then nothing is off the table. One of the most important things to me is that I know I can trust leadership to do the right thing and to treat us well – regardless of how large our companies get, they have always been run with the same family values they started with.

In my role leading the tax department, I am exposed to every one of our businesses and many of our business opportunities. With every passing day, I’m even more excited about the future of Reyes Holdings – with the continued sales and acquisition growth, the investment in talent and technology, and the interesting products we sell.

What I really enjoy about working at Reyes Holding is the direct impact that I can have on saving energy, reducing emissions, and reducing costs. New sustainability projects are encouraged by management and there is an emphasis on implementing cost effective projects that also have big environmental benefits. I’m happy to have an opportunity to use my skills to implement smart and effective sustainability projects.

I started my career at Reyes Holdings in February 2016 as the IT Service Center Supervisor. I immediately felt welcomed and part of the Reyes Family. I have been amazed by the opportunities to grow technically, creatively, and personally at Reyes Holdings. The Reyes culture was infectious, and I quickly felt the pride and passion of the organization. I have been with Reyes for five years, and now as the Director of Security Operations, I am helping build a new team to support our growing business. I am proud to be a part of the Reyes Family, and I look forward to continuing my career and professional development at Reyes Holdings.

I am very grateful that Reyes Holdings has given me the opportunity to advance my career while maintaining a healthy work – life balance. When I first started with Reyes Holdings, both of my daughters were very young, and I had a long commute to work. My flexible work schedule has allowed me to attend all my children’s important events and also remained productive in managing the company’s global portfolio of real estate.

During my time at Reyes Holdings, I’ve had great opportunities for career advancement. I’ve been able to work closely with our executives on a wide array of projects. These opportunities have helped me to develop my skill sets tremendously. I’ve also had the privilege of leading a fantastic team. They are highly skilled and motivated, which makes coming to work something I look forward to each and every day.
