An Airtime Plan which includes an entertainment option allows you to choose an inclusive subscription to either Amazon Prime or YouTube Premium for the duration of your plan. These plans are available to either new or upgrading customers, and are available as 12 or 24-month contracts and have a choice of entertainment built into them.
Add to Plan allows you to manage your entertainment subscriptions, and one-off purchases (like donations or in-app purchases) in one place through your Vodafone account, on one monthly bill. You can add your Netflix, discovery+ subscriptions and more to your monthly bill.

Add to Plan is an option on all plans and allows you to manage your monthly Vodafone bill, add or manage entertainment subscriptions and one-off purchases (like donations or in-app purchases) in one place through your Vodafone account, on one monthly bill.
Add to Plan operates using a method called ‘Charge to Bill’. Charge to Bill allows you to buy services from various merchants not directly connected to Vodafone, for example, this could be a text-donation to a charity, a subscription to Netflix or discovery+, or a text-to-enter TV and/or radio competition.

When you buy an inclusive entertainment plan, we’ll send you a text with a link to our Entertainment Portal where you can choose one of three options as your inclusive entertainment:
Amazon Prime
YouTube Premium
If you don’t get the text, we can send it to you again free of charge – text ENTERTAINMENT to 97613.
Once you’ve chosen your inclusive entertainment, you won’t be able to change it during the minimum term of your plan. If you sign up for another plan with inclusive entertainment when your current plan ends, you’ll have to make your inclusive entertainment choice again – and you can choose a different subscription at this point.
If you need to move your existing number over from your previous network, you’ll have to do so before activating your inclusive entertainment.
Yes – for example if you already have a YouTube Premium account you can still choose this as your inclusive entertainment option. Simply cancel your YouTube Premium and then choose it as your inclusive entertainment option on our Entertainment Portal. When setting this up, use your existing YouTube Premium login details. You can do this with Amazon Prime too.
All our entertainment plans can be used on more than one device, depending on the terms of service from the chosen partner:
Amazon Prime
Amazon allows you to stream three different titles on three different devices at the same time. You can also stream the same title simultaneously over two different devices. You’ll be able to use your other Amazon Prime benefits whenever you log in to your account.
YouTube Premium
YouTube Premium allows you to use offline features on up to 10 devices at a time. If you try and download a video after this, the oldest of your devices will be de-registered. You can only auto-deregister an old device four times in a 12 month rolling period. If you see the error message ‘Sorry, this video can’t be taken offline’, it might mean that you’ve reached your device register limit. You’ll need to download this video on a device you’ve used with YouTube Premium previously, or wait until you’re able to register a new device again.
Yes, you can add your Netflix subscription to your monthly Vodafone bill using Add to Plan. Add to Plan allows you to buy subscriptions or services from other merchants and pay for them all in one place – making your life easier. Just go to our Entertainment Portal to find Netflix and our other partner offers.
Yes - if you already have an inclusive entertainment plan, you'll still be able to choose from our selection of Add to Plan entertainment offers in addition to your inclusive Amazon Prime or YouTube Premium subscription.
Our Add to Plan entertainment offers are available to any customer with a Vodafone Pay monthly handset contract or Pay monthly SIM only plan.
Yes, you can add as many Add to Plan options as you like. Please note that you will be charged for each choice. For example, if you sign up for Netflix (£10.99) and discovery+ (£3.99) using Add to Plan, then you will see an additional charge of £14.98 on your bill.
All of our Add to Plan options are on a 30-day rolling basis, so you can cancel any time.
Visit our Entertainment Portal and sign-in using your One-Time Pin (OTP) - you might need to disconnect from Wi-Fi for a smoother sign-in process. Once signed in, you will see the Add to Plan entertainment options available for you to choose, including some great offers
You can cancel your entertainment choice(s) any time by visiting the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab in the Entertainment Portal and clicking on the 'cancel' button next to your choice of entertainment.
